Festive retail point of sale displays
The Holiday Season is an exciting one. Retail stores try to keep pace with the needs of their customers, and brands try to stand out amongst the vibrant colours and messaging. This is a very competitive time of year, that requires a thoughtful approach.
This year, Mondelēz has focused their attention on the magic of entertaining. Their displays feature a handful of engaging recipes that are selected to evoke curiosity and engagement. Proprint was tasked with the design and production of this series.
The gingerbread before the frosting
The structural design team created a custom double bookcase header and side panels to add festive flare to existing POS displays. As part of their usual approach, each component was designed to be easy to assemble.
Packaging and POS working together
Nobody does it quite like Lego. And if you had the pleasure of going into a Lego retail store, you know the excitement around their product display terminals. They have allowed the contents of their packaging to literally come alive on the box itself. It’s really quite something.
Using a simple set of coding, customers are able to download the lego app or use the camera in-store to hover over the page or box for the augmented reality to commence. We then see the 3-dimensional moving image of the products you are looking at. This allows the customer to have a full feel of what the item will look like or what other possible things they can build using that same set.
A dynamic digital duo
For over 5 years, Proprint has pushed the limits of speed and quality with their INCA S40 digital flatbed press. The results have been so successful for their clients that they decided to double down. The installation of their INCA R40i is a game changer for clients looking for speed and quality to get them into the retail market.
Doubling down on performance.
The INCA R40i is an 8 colour press (CMYK + light cyan and magenta). The light C/M enables us to print very high quality images such as food or fashion. It’s something that needs to be seen to appreciate. And those who have seen it, appreciate the difference.
White and Orange are the other 2 colours. At a sheet size of 63” x 123” we can print on 100 lb paper, corrugate, foam core, styrene or any number of substrates. Together, these 2 digital flatbed presses are the perfect team.

For over 60 years now, the Québec Winter Carnival has been a tradition that attracts tourism from around the world. While some aim to survive the season, others celebrate it. In Canada, it is known from coast to coast. It’s part of a larger national identity that has a reputation for wonderful memories.
For 15 years, The Mondelēz family of brands have been sponsors of this magical event. And once again, they are inviting others to be a part of it with an exciting French retail promotion. Proprint was asked to design the creative and produce a series of retail POS displays.

Cadbury has always been a brand to push the envelope. Not only with new, sweet combinations but also impactful displays that capture the eye. This is what they are known for.
Proprint was approached to produce Retail Point of Sale Displays and Standees for Dairy Milk‘s Marvellous Creations. The solutions they came up with are simple, fun and effective.
*Still not entirely sure how they gave that dump bin a curve to it.
