Just who are the Powerpuff Girls? Glad you asked:
Shohaib Iqbal took on a personal project where he went to the supermarket to find something inexpensive on the shelves, take it home, and completely redesign the packaging so that the product could be sold for double the price.
He took three types of birds and based the packaging colours around them in order to make variations of his design. I think we can all agree that Shohaib’s design is a much more elegant and minimalistic design compared to the current one.
Nobody does it quite like Lego. And if you had the pleasure of going into a Lego retail store, you know the excitement around their product display terminals. They have allowed the contents of their packaging to literally come alive on the box itself. It’s really quite something.
Using a simple set of coding, customers are able to download the lego app or use the camera in-store to hover over the page or box for the augmented reality to commence. We then see the 3-dimensional moving image of the products you are looking at. This allows the customer to have a full feel of what the item will look like or what other possible things they can build using that same set.
When you think about Summer, you can’t help but to think about ice cream. Chips Ahoy has launched a delicious selection of Ice Cream Creations cookies (and complimenting POS) intended on stopping consumers in their tracks. And their efforts may be doing just that.
Sales are up and shoppers are reacting enthusiastically to this energetic POS.
Capitalizing on the use of Chips Ahoy‘s adorable cookie characters, the Proprint Design Team has placed them behind a traditional ice cream cart. Inviting consumers to give into their curiosity and Summer ice cream memories. We expect to see these delicious fellas leveraged in the future.
