This homegrown Canadian cider made with all natural apples has taken huge strides in the marketplace. Now with an updated colour-infused, upright boat shaped display, you can put your Oars Up and grab a bottle or two stacked within. SATURDAY APRIL 22 IS EARTH DAY!
Today’s business is done differently— especially in the printing industry – a larger premium is placed on sustainability. Consumers expect companies to give back to their communities through resource conservation and impact reduction. Choosing the right paper that is made using sustainable methods is an important way to confront global warming and protect wildlife. Since 1995, Bloomin’ has integrated some industry best practices in papermaking with homegrown innovations, to create seeded paper that is as beautiful as it is environmentally friendly!
Flower, herb, and vegetable seeds are added to Bloomin’ artisanal, biodegradable paper in a way that retains their viability. Once planted, the paper will grow into a garden! Crafted from 100% post-industrial, recycled paper and dyed with all-natural, vegetable-based pigments this one of kind paper is as beautiful as it is environmentally friendly. Bloomin’ seed paper is printed with water-based inks and use corn-based packaging when packaging is required.
Bloomin’ utilizes water soluble earth friendly inks to ensure the highest germination rates, print quality, and earth-friendly process. One of a kind inkjet technology utilizes 4 color CMYK process that is gently sprayed onto the seed paper. Unlike offset printing, which crushes all of the seeds under the pressure of the rollers, this process offers exceptional print quality without compromising the germination rates. The original seed paper collection includes 21 bright, natural and pastel colors, available in a variety of sheet sizes, shapes – and even custom designs!
Retail POS with a “twist”
Cadbury’s Obey Your Mouth campaign is a unique one. One that required an equally unique series of point of sale displays to compliment it.
I’m still trying to figure this one out. How did they get the curve?

The creators of the Brum Brum bicycle have developed an innovative packaging design that transforms into a play house for the bike. The box is easy to transform, can hold the bike up, and allows kids to let their imagination run wild with the corrugated colourable walls. Kids can draw, colour and design their own little house and customize it however they want. Although this product is still under development, the prototypes have been looking really good and have even received awards for their design.
Hot Wheels has taken it’s outdoor advertising to an entirely new level. By simply using scale, they have managed to strike a chord with both parents and kids.
These made us smile
Good retail point of sale (much like good advertising) evokes emotion. These examples are quite memorable and fun.
Just like Mama used to make
Barilla‘s point of sales display look clean and crisp. Perfect for the simple designs of today and emphasis on the product itself rather than the display without the product. It really lets the product speak for itself. I also love the nice navy blue colour so that it is gentle on the eyes. Simply beautiful.
This display has a header card with a French contest promotion.
